It is a rootkit designed to do various things, mainly to hide files by hooking the windows kernal. Any filename/folder/registry key with the sequence 'vanquish' will be hidden completely. This is pretty advanced stuff and if your thinking it just sets files to 'Hidden' your wrong, this makes them totaly invisable while the rootkit is running.
