Ad Aware SE i think is better than 2007. Not running at startup, no system tray icon. No useless Host file and Ad Watch while its' useless in Free version..

well as I mentioned in my Ad-Aware 2007 video, (Fantastic Freeware Feature #2) you need to upgrade to PRO or PLUS to activate a lot of the features in 2007, including custom system scans. I'm still sticking with SE. As far as a basic adware scanner, the two don't really differ all that much

your internet connection must be active when obtaining the update. Also make sure to give Ad-aware full access through any firewall program. Consult your manual or the internet for more info on how to do this.

yes, adaware and norton can co-exist on the same system.
