Is there any kind of files absolutely nessesary for the computer on the local disk that were already there, or can i just delete everything on local disk if i don't want anything?

Does your hard drive contain a recovery partition?
computers101 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
contiguous files are stored in one general area of the hard drive so retrieving these files does not take as long as trying to retrieve fragmented files. So in a nutshell the adjective "contiguous" does not explain the files themselves, but rather how they are stored on the hard drive.
