You can only do your best. Nothing is full-proof and there are no guarantees that any one of us will be alive this time tomorrow. As long as you feel you have choice and you build a solid relationship with yourself and monitor your actions, your half way there. :) All the best :)

hm, I'm positive I made a reply a couple days ago... to sum it up if you're exposed to television, newspapers, webpages, buses, billboards etc. and you think you'd be labeled as a consumer to someone you have had psychological wrenches pulled on your mind. Read - Four Arguments For the Elimination of Television by Jerry Mander. Watch Derren Brown demonstrate effective subliminal manipulation. I just hope you keep these things in mind depending on the life you lead.
